Refund and cancellation policy
- General Terms
- Donations and payments made via Razorpay are processed securely and are typically non-refundable.
- Refunds may be considered only in cases of duplicate transactions, technical errors, or unauthorized payments.
- Refund Eligibility
- Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.
- Refunds are applicable only for payments successfully captured and verified by Razorpay.
- Full or partial refunds may be issued depending on the nature of the request.
- Refund Process
- To request a refund, email us at info@peeras.org.in with transaction details and reason.
- Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days via Razorpay’s secure gateway.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used.
- Cancellation Policy
- Donations and payments cannot be canceled once processed.
- In case of recurring payments or subscriptions, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle.
- Disputes & Chargebacks
- PEERAS will cooperate with Razorpay to resolve any disputes or chargebacks.
- Users are encouraged to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank.
